Build your anatomy knowledge and understand how joint type, structure and function will affect individuals yoga practice.
This understanding will help you to realise that each individual is unique and their asana practice will be just as unique. There is no “perfect” pose, just a pose that is perfect for each individuals unique body type/needs.
Each module consists of short videos broken down into different topics for easy reference, a detailed e-book and quiz to help you test you knowledge at the end of each module.
